Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

All hat purchases are final sale, unless the items arrives damaged or defective.  

Apparel can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the fulfillment date for US customers.  Please make sure all items are returned unused and unwashed.  

You can initiate your return or exchange by emailing us at locallove.nb@gmail.com.  Please note, when making a return or exchange there will be a fee for the shipping label.  

In the email, you'll need to provide your order number, name, and reason for return or exchange.

Please not a refund item must be unworn and unwashed.  If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at locallove.nb@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you.

Please note any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Funds will not be returned to your account until your product is received and approved new and unused condition.  Any items received that is not found to be in new condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.  

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected the return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take up to 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
